Our Story
After graduating from the UK, Eugene & Kenneth worked briefly in totally different industries. The burning passion within stirred them to quit their jobs and they hid in their home “R&D Kitchen” for almost 2 years !
Eureka ! a star is born…. 365 Food !
The main philosophy of 365 Food’s co-founders is to turn diverse Asian food cultures into healthy & delicious food that can be consumed everyday – 365 days of the year !
The recipes and ever-growing menu are meticulously conceptualised and developed in-house with much love & value proposition in mind, always.
Co-founder
Creative by nature with a discerning palate, Kenneth heads the creation of recipes and menus for 365. Since it’s inception, he has continuously and successfully “twisted” many Asian old-time cuisines into 365’s hot everyday favourites loved by many of his loyal customers all over Singapore.
Kenneth also oversees sales & marketing as he is able to describe & narrate his creations. Customers not only love his food, but also the story behind each dish on the menu. By sharing such food journey discoveries, Kenneth hopes that 365 customers gain greater understanding of how each creation has evolved to the dish they have selected.
After all, enjoying food is one thing, but being able to connect with the man behind them elevates one’s dining experience to another level. Give it a try and you will keep coming back for more!
Co-founder
Being Kenneth’s partner is akin to working with a “golden spoon” – Eugene grew in size as a guinea pig having to taste all of Kenneth’s creations. A cornerstone in the whole R&D process, Eugene provides valuable feedback and ensures viable business targets. Together, Eugene and Kenneth makes a pair of inseparable twins!
An extremely meticulous person by nature, Eugene oversees 365 Food’s day-to-day operations, processes and finances – his core strengths.
